BIÑAN LAGUNA ( City of Life )

Biñan has been gifted with rich history and heritage that we still enjoy today. As an old town, we are home to several ancestral houses of outstanding scale, historical value and cultural significance – a source of our inspiration and great price. We also boast that it is in this town where our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, received his formal education.Indeed, our past can co-exist with the present and positively shape the things to come. Biñan is a booming industrial city and still the South’s commercial and trading center.We offer diverse sets of activities to soothe your senses and ignite your soul. From our original Puto Biñan and long regarded Pospas, to our proudly made sapatos, tsinelas and sombrero. With much vibrancy, Biñan is able to cater to all of your life’s needs.


FAMOUS DISHES 

  • Puto BiñanAlthough puto, or rice cake, is a specialty in practically every Philippine province, Puto Biñan is a unique variation. Its texture and taste are superior to others since it uses pulverized rice. It's as large as a pizza and is juicy but fluffy. Grated cheese, chunks of salted egg, and condensed milk are liberally poured over top.
       

 
  • Pinipig - is cooked in highly heated oil; while in a separate pot, the sweet juice freshly extracted from sugarcane is caramelized. When both are cooked enough, the pinipig and caramel are thoroughly mixed together then flattened evenly.




FAMOUS PLACES

  • SCHOOL OF RIZAL SITE and MUSEUM - The School of Rizal Site and Museum was opened to the public on August 1, 2016, after the City Government of Binan acquired the property from the Gonzales Family in 2015.   

  • SAN ISIDRO LABRADOR PARISH CHURCH- Saint Isidore the Farmer/Laborer to the English-speaking world— was a Spanish farmworker known for his piety toward the poor and animals. he was chosen to be the town’s patron for one obvious reason: the place mirrored his way of living.   
          

  • ALBERTO'S MANSION- The Historic Alberto Mansion is the maternal ancestral house of Rizal and is the only original structure in the Philippines that has a connection with the national hero.




BATANGAS (Industrial Capital City of CALABARZON)


It is classified as one of the most competitiv cities in the country today and the home of approximately 324, 116 peace-loving, hospitable and hard-working inhabitants. The city's fine harbor as declared aas an International Port and alternate port of Manila. The city is the land of historical places, of fresh fruits and marine resourcesand of great opportunities for social and economic advancements.



FAMOUS DISHES

  • BATANGAS LOMI- Batangas Lomi stands apart from the rest of the nation's noodle dishes because of its thick, soft, and sticky egg noodles, as well as its savory broth. Add onion leeks, scallions, and cabbage to your toppings for additional taste in this Batangas delicacy.


  • BATANGAS BULALO- A staple of the Batangueo diet is Bulalo or Beef Shank Soup. Because Batangas is located on an elevated plateau, this soup is ideal for boosting your energy and keeping you warm in the chillier weather. It's easy to overlook just how delicious this beef shank boiled soup dish is until you bite into it.

  • KALAMAY KAPIT- Filipinos love their sticky rice cake or kakanin, such as suman. It differs from province to province, depending on where it is produced. The Suman in Batangas is a chewy, nutty dish that may be served either hot or chilled.


  • TAAL LONGGANISA- Another great dish for breakfast is longganisa. When compared to other province-specific longganisa dishes, Longganisang Taal is brown, soft, and compact skin sets it apart from the others. The pig within has been marinated in a flavorful mixture of calamondin juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • LAIYA BEACH- Nestled in the picturesque town of San Juan in the Philippines, Laiya beach stretches its powdery white sands along a coastline famed for its serene, ambiance and remarkable cleanliness.

  • VERDE ISLAND- Isla Verde is a small island located off the coast of Batangas province in the Philippines. It is known for its marine biodiversity and popular destination for scuba diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The island is also  a home for a beautiful beaches, hiking trails and local markets where visitors can experience the local culture and cuisine 






TAGAYTAY ( Second Summer Capital of the Philippines )

Tagaytay City, nestled in Cavite province, has become a premier destination in CALABARZON for its cool climate, lush landscapes, and picturesque views of Taal Volcano. Founded during the Spanish era, the city has evolved into a beloved retreat for both locals and visitors. Today, it’s known as an accessible haven for those seeking a blend of nature, history, and relaxation.

  • BUKO PIE- A deliciously creamy pie made from young coconut, known for its flaky crust and sweet coconut filling.
  • ESPASOL - A traditional rice cake dusted with roasted rice flour, giving a soft and chewy texture.


  • UBE HALAYA- A creamy dessert made from purple yam, popular as both a sweet treat and a topping for other Filipino desserts.

  • PEOPLE'S PARK- A palace-turned-public park that provides panoramic views of Tagaytay, Laguna, and even Manila on clear days. 

  • SKY RANCH- Sky Ranch is an exciting amusement park in Tagaytay, offering a range of thrilling rides and attractions suitable for all ages. Among the visiting Tagaytay attractions, the Sky Eye Ferris wheel stands out at a height of 63 metres (207 feet), providing a stunning panoramic view of the city and its surroundings.

  • PICNIC GROVE-  Picnic Grove. Picnic Grove is a must-visit place in Tagaytay. A beautiful park situated on a hillside, offering picturesque views of Taal Lake and the volcano. This family-friendly destination features numerous picnic spots, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a meal amidst nature.





RIZAL (ARTS Capital of the Philippines)

Rizal is the capital city of Antipolo, It is named after Dr. Jose Rizal. Rizal is a mountainous province perched on the western slopes of Southern portion of Sierra Madre Mountain range. It is the 5th largest province in the Philippines in terms of population.


FAMOUS DISHES
  • SUMAN LIHIYA- It is a traditional Filipino rice cake that is usually  made from glutinous rice with latik and coconut.   

  • KALAMAY- It is a sticky sweet delicacy that is popular in many regions of the Philippines. It is made of coconut milk, brown sugar, and ground glutinous rice. It can also be flavored with margarine, peanut butter or vanilla.

  • COCONUT WINE / LAMBANOG- It is traditional Filipino liquor made by distilling fermented sap from coconut, sugar palm or nipa trees. 



FAMOUS DESTINATIONS 
  • MASUNGI GEORESERVE- Is a conservation area in the Philippines situated in the southern Sierra Madre range in Baras. It enters on the geological transformations of Masungi Rock at an elavation of 640 meters.
           


  • DARANAK FALLS- Is a waterfall located in the municipality of Tanay, and it's one of the most popular tourist attractions in the province of Rizal, Philippines.

  • PINTO ART MUSEUM- It consists of six buildings and stands on 12, 000 sqm of land at the Grand Heights subdivision in Antipolo.





NOVELETA ( Salt Capital of the Philippines )

Noveleta has the distinction of leading the firts victory of the Philippine revolutionary forces in Cavite. A legend story of a beautiful maiden named Violeta who was betrothed by her father to a Spanish officer against her will. The unhappy girl, who was already engaged to a young Katipunero, committed suicide on the eve of her wedding to the Spaniard. The Spanish officer cried in deep anguish for the loss of his love, “Madre de Dios, no Violeta!” The phrase “No Violeta” eventually became “Noveleta.“



FAMOUS DISH
  • OYSTERS- Oysters is a sea food that can be or usually eaten raw in some part of Noveleta and partner with a good flavoured vinegar. It is rich in protein.


FAMOUS DESTINATIONS 
  • LONG BEACH RESORT- It does not have fine white sand and not as grand as the other beach resorts in CALABARZON, but the NGO's of Noveleta made their best and spent extreme efforts to restore the place and beautify it.
